BIOS  Peter is an Environmental Studies major and student organizer at Loyola University Chicago. He is passionate about hunger issues and especially focused on developing solutions through sustainable urban agriculture. He has traveled extensively around the United States studying the grassroots food movement and looks forward to building bridges between food relief and community empowerment at home in Chicago. |
