We are very excited to be teaming up with Michael Franti & Spearhead to host an ‘Art That Feed’ Food Drive at their upcoming Soulshine Tour show at Red Rocks, July 6, 2014! The very talented artist, Derek Sabiston, has created a limited edition poster for this very special event. The poster will be available to only the first 100 patrons who donate 20 non-perishable food items or a suggested monetary donation to the Food Drive. All food donations will be collected at the Trading Post where Conscious Alliance volunteers will trade poster redemption vouchers for your non-perishable donations. Posters can be redeemed at the Conscious Alliance booth at the top of the venue anytime during or after the show. Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations to be low-sodium and health oriented products. ORGANIC food donations are especially encouraged. Ramen noodles will NOT be accepted for a free poster. Most Needed Items for an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive: canned soups & stews, pasta, tomatoes & tomato sauce, rice, canned fruits & vegetables, tuna, oatmeal, whole grain/low sugar cereal, peanut butter, beans, baby food.
