Digital Marketing Coordinator

Who Are We?
Conscious Alliance is a movement of bands, brands, artists, and fans on a mission to awaken compassion, end hunger, and make a massive positive impact in underserved communities. We began with Art That Feeds Food Drives at concerts, then amplified our impact by partnering with food brands on large scale donations. Paired with our National Distribution Center and Hunger Hero volunteers on the ground, Conscious Alliance has delivered over 15 million meals and counting. 

We are a nimble team who calls Broomfield, CO home for our HQ, with passionate teammates working remotely across the country, allowing us to expand our operations and feed more families. Who Are You?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute Conscious Alliance’s marketing strategy with four key areas of focus:

  • Social Media management
  • Email marketing
  • Content creation, curation and management
  • Project management

A successful Digital Marketing Coordinator candidate works well independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Using their awesome digital marketing skills, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is open to trying new things and brings an energetic, can-do attitude to the team as well as their work. The Digital Marketing Coordinator likes to work hard and have fun, spreading good vibes on a day-to-day basis through their passion for making a true impact.

The Role
We are currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Digital Partnerships, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in bringing our integrated marketing strategy to life in support of our 2024 goals of growing our reach and donor base, increasing online fundraising and engaging with our existing audience.

What This Role Will Do
Social Media Management:

  • Manage our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, upholding a cohesive look and branding across platforms
  • Engage with our awesome followers, respond to comments and messages, address inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure a consistent narrative that reflects the organization’s mission, storytelling and impact reporting across social platforms
  • Implement systems to track performance, growth and engagement with our social media audiences
  • Create strategic ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
  • Continually evaluate best practices based on metrics and reporting and explore new channels to enhance our overall social media strategy
Email marketing: 
  • Use your savvy Mailchimp skills to design kickass emails with top notch copy that aligns with our brand’s voice & tone
  • Build customer journeys and marketing automation campaigns to help us stay in touch with our ALLIANCE
  • Implement systems to track email performance and engagement
Content creation, curation and management: 
  • Curate and create multi-format content using Canva, your phone and your snazzy copywriting skills for social media channels and email blasts
  • Create and manage our content calendar for social channels, email marketing, events and campaigns
Project Management:
  • Collaboratively support marketing initiatives and the administrative needs of our leadership
  • Take charge of administrative duties to ensure department efficiency and project

What This Person Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, english, or relevant field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, marketing and communications
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media channels and producing digital content for social media and email marketing
  • Experience in writing in brand voice and tone
  • Prior experience with Mailchimp is required and knowledge of automation, building customer journeys and audience segmentation in addition to having an eye for design is a serious plus
  • Skilled in Canva and/or Photoshop
  • Able to prioritize and to work independently and proactively, with strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in dynamic, high energy environment with track record of demonstrating sound judgment and knowing when to take initiative, when to elevate problems
  • Passionate about community impact, with a desire to contribute to meaningful projects

Salary & Perks
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$58,000 (depending on experience)
