My Morning Jacket and Conscious Alliance are proud to announce we are teaming up to host an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive at the band’s 3-night NYE run at the 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, CO on December 29th-31st! Derek Hatfield will be creating a limited edition screen printed poster for this special event. The poster will be available to patrons who are first each night to donate 20 non-perishable food items or a suggested monetary donation to the My Morning Jacket x ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive! Food donations will benefit the local Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) How To Donate: Conscious Alliance volunteers will be located inside the main entrance of the 1STBANK Center where they will accept food donations in exchange for the poster. We will also have a table inside the venue where patrons can make a monetary donation for the poster, located in the lobby next to Guest Relations. Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations to be low sodium and health oriented products. ORGANIC food donations are especially encouraged. RAMEN NOODLES will NOT be accepted for the limited edition poster. Most Needed Items for an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive: canned soups & stews, pasta, tomatoes & tomato sauce, rice, canned fruits & vegetables, tuna, oatmeal, whole grain/low sugar cereal, peanut butter, beans, baby food.
