Sonic Bloom and Conscious Alliance are proud to announce they will be teaming up once again to host an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food and Clothing Drive at this year’s event at Hummingbird Ranch in Colorado on June 16-19, 2016!! The first patrons who donate 20 non-perishable food items or a suggested monetary donation will receive a FREE limited-edition poster created by Black Ink! All of the donations will benefit the local community and be donated to the Dorcas Food Bank in Walsenburg, CO! We are excited to add the clothing drive at the booth at Sonic Bloom for the second year! We are asking that patrons donate new or gently used clean clothing at our ‘Art That Feeds’ booth. The clothing will also go to Dorcas Circle Food and Clothing Pantry. Let’s double our efforts at the Sonic Bloom Family Reunion this year! Food donations will be collected at the Conscious Alliance ‘Art That Feeds’ Gallery and food collection site. Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations to be low-sodium and health oriented products. ORGANIC food donations are especially encouraged. Ramen noodles will NOT be accepted for a free poster. Most Needed Items for an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive: canned soups & stews, pasta, tomatoes & tomato sauce, rice, canned fruits & vegetables, tuna, oatmeal, whole grain/low sugar cereal, peanut butter, beans, baby food.
