We’re currently accepting applications for our 6-month Conscious Alliance Internship (November–May). This program is designed to give you professional growth and practical experience in nonprofit operations, community engagement, and program development. As an intern, you’ll work side-by-side with our team to bring our mission to life and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Support in-office volunteer coordination and day-to-day nonprofit operations.
• Assist with poster shipping, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Support Art That Feeds Food Drives at live events across Colorado’s Front Range, including iconic venues like Mission Ballroom and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
• Provide administrative support to help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and handling donations.
• Support marketing efforts through social media content creation, event promotion, and other communications projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong passion for Conscious Alliance’s mission and a desire to make a difference.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Availability to work 6 hours (10 AM–4 PM) twice a week at our Broomfield, CO headquarters (Monday–Thursday) and occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access to a reliable vehicle.
